QUITO — Tres artefactos explosivos estallaron en la ciudad portuaria de Guayaquil luego de que la embajada de Estados Unidos en Ecuador emitiera un alerta sobre la posibilidad de que se produjeran ataques y horas después se produjo un tiroteo en la cárcel más peligrosa del país en la misma ciudad.La policía informó el viernes en un comunicado que dos explosiones ocurrieron frente a locales comerciales del norte de la ciudad y otra en el centro. Historic flooding in South Florida is bringing headaches for homeowners in more ways than one.
